MEET THE TEAM

Co-Founder Bryan Rowley, MA, LPC
Bryan Rowley, MA, LPC, is a clinical mental health therapist with over 12 years of experience. His journey began in law enforcement, where even a few years on patrol shaped his understanding of service, resilience, and the human condition. That frontline exposure sparked a deeper calling; one that led him to the field of mental health.
Over the past decade, Bryan has worked across outpatient clinics, college campuses, and crisis response teams. His passion found its true home in supporting those who serve, first responders, and helping them navigate trauma, burnout, and the weight of duty. For the past five years, Bryan has dedicated his practice to helping these professionals heal, adapt, and thrive.

Co-Founder Brenton Hall
I currently serve in law enforcement and have spent over 15 years working as a first responder in fire, EMS, and policing. Through those years, I’ve seen firsthand the toll this work can take, not only on first responders, but on the people who love and support them.
I co-founded Tactical Therapy with Bryan to help provide real-world mental health services and training for first responders and their families. This work is personal to me, and I’m committed to building support that is practical, accessible, and rooted in understanding what this life really looks like.

Abbey Rowley
Hi, I'm Abbey Rowley. I’m a mental health clinician with 19 years of clinical experience and over two decades in the field. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is possible for every person, and that trauma does not have to define the rest of our story. I am trained in EMDR and deeply committed to helping individuals move toward healthier, more empowered lives.
I’m especially passionate about supporting children and their families, and I’m currently working toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist. I believe strongly in the power of family involvement as healing rarely happens in isolation, and the support of a connected system can make all the difference. Mental health matters. Wellness matters. And there is real strength in knowing when to reach out for help.

Brandi Hall
Hi, I’m Brandi Hall. I’m a social work student, mental health advocate, and part of the heart behind Tactical Therapy. As the wife of a police officer myself, I understand the sacrifices, stress, and emotional weight that come with this life, not just professionally, but personally.
Through my education and real-life experience, I’m passionate about creating safe, judgment-free spaces where first responders and their families feel heard, supported, and valued. This work isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am and why I care so deeply.
